“In our therapeutic relationship, I will invite you to consider how past relationships and experiences
may be impacting your current relationships and life satisfaction.”
Cassie Segerson MA, LPC-Supervisor
How we experience life early on often impacts how we experience life today.
Working from an attachment theoretical lens, I aim to be a secure relationship for you that allows you to safely dig deep and uncover the wounds you may carry from your earlier life experiences. There, the bulk of our work together begins and we learn what it looks like to offer you the necessary repairs you’ve been longing for, for the first time. This helps you build a sturdier, more grounded sense of self so that you are able to interact in your life and your relationships from a more secure place.
Together, we find ways to bring about healing.
This work is best accessed in the individual space with motivated adult clients who are looking to address issues of or related to: partner relationships, family of origin relationships, friendships, relational dynamics like co-dependency or counter-dependency, depression, anxiety, identity formation, spirituality, and unhealthy or problematic coping mechanisms.

“A key component of growth is grace—enough grace to open up and bring things into the light to be healed.”
